Sending and Receiving your @hwaronecity.info mail using Gmail

Using Gmail to Send and receive your @hwaronecity.info email address not only lets people send political email to your personal mail box without letting others see your email. It also lets you send email from your personal gmail account using your @hwaronecity.info email too. Ontop of this all your emails will be stored on your gmail account, as such you mail box size limit will be lifted.

Step 1.

Sign into your gmail and click the "settings" option (See the red arrow on the picture below)

Step 2

Once in the settings menu click on "Accounts". (See the red arrow on the picture below)

Step 3

Once in the Accounts section click "Add another mail account" (See the red arrow on the picture below.)

Step 4

Next type in your @hwaronecity.info email address into the email address box, then click next.

Step 5

In the username box type your @hwaronecity.info email address (See Green arrow)

In the password box tyoe your @hwaronecity.info mail box password.

In the Pop Server box type "pop.secureserver.net" (See Blue arrow)

In the Port Box type "110" (See Pink Arrow)

Ensure that the "Leave a copy of retrieved message on the server tick box, is NOT ticked. (See Red arrow)

Once you have done all of the above click the "Add Account" Button.

Step 6

Make sure you select the "Yes, I want to be able to send mail as" option then click "Next Step"

Step 7

In the Name box type the name of your Hwarone Official then click the "Next Step" button.

Step 8

Click on the "Send Verification" Button

Step 9

At this point you can either choose to click "Close Window" (Green Arrow) and then click the confirmation link in your @hwaronecity.info mail box or leave the box open and enter the confirmation code in a moment (Red Arrow).

Either way you will need to sign into your @hwaronecity.info mail box from the forum.

You will get an email like the one below, the green arrow is an example of the confirmation link, and the red arrow is an example of the confirmation code.

Now either click the verification link or enter the confirmation code as applicable.

Step 10

After you have done all of the above go back to your "settings" then the "accounts option in Gmail.

Make sure you have the "reply from the same address the message was sent to" option selected if you want to reply to @hwaronecity.info emails using your @hwaronecity.info email address.

Gmail will only check for new mails in your @hwaronecity.info inbox about once every 10 minutes. If you are waiting for an urgent email then click the "Check mail now" option to make it check instantly (Green Arrow)

When composing a new message now you will notice that you get a drop down menu allowing you to choose which email address you wish to send the mail from (See below)
