In order to use these forums, users are required to provide a username this should be the name of your Hwarone Official. You agree that you own the character and understand that signing up using someone else's name will result in punishment to yourself.

If you join this forum as a general (or later become one) you are given moderator powers in the warrants and warning sections of the military forum. The purpose of this is to remove warnings that have expired and delete warrants after they have been fulfiled. You agree that using your moderator powers for anything else other than this matter will be considered an abuse of power in darkages and will result in, In game punishments.

If you join this forum as a knight (or later become one) you are given moderator powers in the promotion sections of the forum, this is to allow you to unlock topics there and request a revote or to make comments about votes should you feel they are unfair, under no circumstances are you to delete a vote.

If you join this forum as a Council Member (or later become one) you are given moderator powers in the Hwarone Laws section & Scammers list section of the forum, this is to allow you to post new laws and delete old laws (after you have archived them) & to update the Scammers list per Hwarone Law. You agree that using your moderator powers for anything else other than this matter will be considered an abuse of power in darkages and will result in, In game punishments.

If you join this forum as a Delegate (or later become one) you are given moderator powers in the Archive of important information forum and Official leave forum. This is to allow you to update then delete older copies of important charts and to review Officials request's for leave and approve / reject them according to the rules of leave. You agree that using your moderator powers for anything else other than this matter will be considered an abuse of power in darkages and will result in, In game punishments.

Generals, Council, Delegates & Knights will have access to Promotion topics. Under no circumestances are individuals votes to be disclosed to Anyone. Breaking this rule will result in losing access to voting topics, & complete loss of right to vote.

Should there be any conflicts between this agreement and the second agreement, the rules in the 1st over rule the second.
